It is not possible to scroll in TOC (epub).
In the book view - clicking on the icon shows the TOC and the scroll bar is visible for some seconds before disappearing, but it is not possible to scroll up or down, neither in the time the scroll bar is visible nor afterwards.

Thanks for reporting this! We investigated and confirmed the issue -- the TOC scrollbar was disappearing and scroll input wasn't being handled correctly on macOS. This has been fixed in version 1.0.26.
