Is it possible to implement a full library keyword search? I'd like to use the app mainly for cookbooks and store over 100 within Apple Books currently. Sometimes I think of a recipe, say for Gyoza, but can't pinpoint which book it originated from. I'd like to be able to search for 'Gyoza' using the search bar in the top right and have Bookshelves present me with matches from all of my stored ePUBs. Is this possible? TIA!

Great question. The answer is: not yet, but you're right that it would be useful, especially for a cookbook library like yours.
Right now the search bar in Library only searches metadata (title, author, series, tags, publisher, ISBN, notes, subtitle), not the actual text inside your EPUBs. Search inside the currently open book does search full text and works across chapters, but there's no way today to search content across your whole library at once.
True cross-library full-text search would mean indexing the text of every book, so it's a bigger feature than it sounds, but it's a legitimate gap for exactly the use case you described. I've logged it as a feature request.
