suggestions re: user customisation

hi,

i recently downloaded bookshelves after a stint with calibre. i have always found the calibre UI to be extremely clunky and ugly, and this eventually bothered me enough to give up its powerhouse organisational features.

i am enjoying my experience so far, but have a few gripes regarding customisation.
here are some of my current issues:

1. highlighting

• i often wish to highlight only partially (as in, only bits of sentences) but it seems like it's automatically forcing me to highlight full lines (as in, beyond the words i have selected, and making me highlight the full lines that they're on).
• the 5 preset colours for highlighting are.. gently put, unsightly. it would be really nice to be able to personalise the highlight colours and possibly designate labels for said colours when different colours are being used to highlight for different reasons.

1. book data

• i wish it were easier to edit book metadata. when right clicking on the book in the library, i would like for there to be an option to edit metadata, or batch edit data. perhaps i haven't found this option yet and it already exists. regardless, it would be a good addition.

1. reading view

• when reading in full screen, it would be nice to have the option to make the text centered instead of shoved to the left side.

if these issues were addressed, i think it would be a huge improvement and i would have no qualms upgrading to pro. for now, i hesitate, though i love the design of the app and how smoothly it flows.
