Page jumps when highlighting. I’m using an iPad and it’s on version 1.013

Still jumping and marginally adjustment doesn’t automatically apply despite it being part of default settings. For instance, even though it’s set to 60, there’s no discernible difference. I have to slide the slider all the way down and back before it applies to a book. When I take a break and return to the text, I have to redo it all over again.
