When in scrolling mode, changes to the margins don't take effect immediately.

To take effect requires closing and reopening the book, jumping via a link within he book to a new location, or even just rotating the iPad (haven't tested this on the phone). Rotating is esp low friction so not a HUGE deal but still a bug you may want to fix. This is not an issue in paginated mode.
