Couldn't Complete IAP (macOS 26.3.1)

When I went to make the IAP with the macOS version of Bookshelves, it showed everything except the button to make the purchase. I quit both the App Store and the BookShelves app, but that didn't help. I eventually had to make the IAP on my iPhone, which worked fine and populated shortly to the Mac app.
